Our physiotherapy clinic in Park Royal is based in the Space House Business Centre building on Abbey Road.

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Park Royal clinic is situated in Space House Business Centre at the very front of Space Business Park on Abbey Road, in between Whitby Avenue and Penny Road. 

It’s conveniently located with bus stops on Abbey Road just outside the business centre, and Park Royal and Harlesden train stations both a twenty-minute walk away.

Once you’ve arrived at the building entrance, please dial room 23 to be let in. Your physiotherapist will come and collect you from the reception area at your appointment start time. If the main entrance is not open, please wait outside and your therapist will collect you for your appointment instead.

Parking and other info

You can park in spaces 9 to 21 in the business centre car park. Please obtain a parking permit from your physiotherapist when you arrive for your appointment. Alternatively there is parking available at the nearby Asda which is a ten-minute walk away. 

Unfortunately there is no disabled access into the building or our treatment room. If you have access needs, please get in touch with our contact centre to discuss alternative clinics.
