Dan takes responsibility for our customer services teams and optimising the end-to-end experience of both our patients and partners, whilst overseeing the account management of our insurance and corporate clients. 

Having previously worked in a variety of management positions within contact centre environments, he brings an expansive technical knowledge and a deep understanding of workflow systems. 

Dan has played a leading role in the development of our administrative services and the operational design of our systems, greatly enhancing our overall customer experience.
