The weekly e-newsletter called InSight is produced by our in-house communications team and will be up against newsletters from the likes of M&S World, EDF Energy, News UK and Network Rail.
The news comes following a period of significant positive change, which has helped to further enhance our company’s culture and the experience of our employees, patients and business partners alike.
Sizable investment was made in new and contemporary digital employee communication channels throughout 2018/19, including the interactive newsletter Insight and the launch of a customisable and social staff intranet called Pulse.
Representatives from the team will attend the awards ceremony later in the year.
Associate Director of Communications, Sophie Harper, said: “We are thrilled that our newsletter has been shortlisted for two award categories.
“The amazing energy of our nationally dispersed workforce has been an important catalyst for success. By tapping into this and encouraging participation, we have fostered a strong channel that helps staff to connect with each other and access important news in a modern way.
“I must also thank the editors of the newsletter who work hard to make the content timely, engaging and fun on a weekly basis. They are in-tune with our employees and do Ascenti’s culture a great justice.”
