Appointed as our CEO in January 2018, Stephanie previously served as an Executive Director responsible for leading on our non-clinical operations and a variety of improvement projects.
She is experienced in business management and has a strong track-record of driving positive growth, having previously worked in Management Consultancy, helping a variety of companies around the globe to achieve success.
Stephanie has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Imperial College London.
Appointed as our Managing Director in 2014, Kevin takes particular responsibility for managing client relationships and new growth opportunities, having previously led our clinical network and national expansion.
He qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006 and began his career at Birmingham City Football Club, before becoming a founding member of a successful private physiotherapy business, later acquired by Ascenti in 2010.
Kevin’s experience in elite sports has been instrumental to embedding our results-focused clinical philosophy.
Appointed in June 2018, Chris plays a key role in shaping Ascenti’s strategic direction and business proposition, working closely with the Leadership Team to realise opportunities for additional growth.
He is a highly experienced and successful business executive, with board, operational and investment expertise across multiple sectors and geographies.
Chris has previously been Chairman of Optima Health, a divisional Managing Director of AXA PPP, a divisional Managing Director at BUPA, and an Executive Board Member and divisional CEO of Nuffield Health, which included responsibility for all MSK activities.
Ryan joined the business in 2009 and takes responsibility for managing our national network of physiotherapists, leading on all aspects of our clinical operations and delivery.
He has acquired a deep understanding of this area through previous clinical roles and has played an instrumental role in building the highly effective delivery model we use today.
Ryan qualified with a first-class BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree, winning the cohort prize for clinical excellence, and is currently studying for a MBA at Warwick Business School.
Appointed in 2017, Joel leads on all aspects of Governance and Quality, alongside the development of our Occupational Health services.
He has a broad clinical background and a wealth of knowledge gained through a variety of roles working within the personal injury and health sectors, with particular experience leading clinical governance functions.
Joel is a qualified Physiotherapist, specialising in work rehabilitation, and holds an MSc in Health Ergonomics / Human Factors and post graduate training in related specialist areas.
Adam joined Ascenti in 2008 and leads our Government Services department and all aspects of designing, transforming and implementing new services and programmes across the businesses.
He has played an instrumental role in our expansion, bringing a strong foundation of clinical knowledge, technical expertise and astute project management to our clinical operations and government services contracts.
Adam originally joined Ascenti as a physiotherapist and holds a degree in Physiotherapy from University of Birmingham.
Sophie joined the business in 2016 and brings a wealth of experience in Communications, Marketing and PR, with a strong track-record of leading forward focused brand strategies.
The majority of her career has been spent leading in-house communications functions within housing and healthcare sectors, alongside experience working in retail, agency side and as a consultant.
Sophie holds a BA (Hons) in Media Marketing and Promotion and a PR Diploma, as well as membership, awards and training certification with the CIPR and CIM.
Dan joined the business in 2014 and takes responsibility for our customer support functions, overseeing the Triage, Customer Service, Booking, Administration, Management Information and Capacity teams.
Having previously worked in a variety of management positions within contact centre environments, he brings an expansive technical knowledge and a deep understanding of workflow systems.
Dan has played a leading role in the development of our administrative services and the operational design of our systems, greatly enhancing our overall service
Jacinta was appointed in August 2019, leading our finance and accounting functions, whilst working closely with the Leadership Team to drive commercial growth.
With broad sector experience to draw on, having begun her training at Deloitte, she has since worked in a number of industries, from professional rugby to financial services.
Jacinta qualified as an ACA in 2002 and has a Masters degree in Economics and Geography from St Andrews.
Morag joined Ascenti in October 2019 and oversees our HR department, bringing a wealth of multi-sector experience in human resources, organisational development and recruitment.
Having held senior management positions in the health, retail and oil sectors, Morag has a strong track record of developing and implementing successful business focused people strategies. Her strategic evidenced based approach and understanding of change management and organisational culture, has delivered numerous projects that led to improved employee engagement and performance.
Morag is a Fellow of the CIPD, holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and post graduate diploma in Human Resources.
