You will find your unique referral code that allows you to access the app in your confirmation email from Patient Access.

What happens next?

Once you have downloaded and opened the app, you'll be prompted to complete a short online assessment which your physio will then use to create a personalised treatment plan. Your 12-week access period will start once you've completed your online assessment. 

You'll be connected with a real physio through the app who will be on hand to keep you motivated and focused on your recovery journey while tackling the root cause of your back, neck or knee pain.

All the exercises have clear written instructions as well as videos for you to follow along and you can use the chat feature whenever you like to speak to your physiotherapist for support and guidance.

What's expected of you during the study

For the benefit of the study, and in line with the acceptance criteria you agreed to, we will contact you periodically during your 12 week access period to gather your feedback about the Ascenti Reach app. If we notice that there has been a drop off in your use of the app, or you have stopped using the app altogether, we will reach out to you to help us understand your reasons why.
