I originally joined Ascenti as a temp in the Admin Team but I really enjoyed my role so I decided to stay and work hard to see where I could progress with the business.
In 2011 I was given a permanent position as a Team Leader in the Admin Team and from then on I have been very proactive to build up my profile in the business. This was recognised by management and they gave me a lot of support and guidance to help me reach my next goal.
My goal to be at managerial level was reached in 2015 as I was given the Deputy Manager role for the Admin Team. In May 2017 I moved to the Customer Service department to work towards becoming the manager of the team.
The Customer Service Team is responsible for handling incoming phone calls to assist instructing parties with queries and supporting patients throughout their treatment. On a typical call we could be assisting with the cancelling and rescheduling of appointments or helping guide private patients from their initial enquiry through to booking.
My role is to manage and motivate the team to ensure the smooth running of the Customer Service Department, and to ensure the delivery of First Class Customer Service at every opportunity.
The company is invested in their people and is very dynamic and exciting. I have seen so many changes happen over the last few years but they are always for the best. I am looking forward to seeing what opportunities my team can have with Ascenti and I will be there to help them reach their goals.
