Our physiotherapy clinic in Belfast is based in Arnott House, a shared Regus office building on Bridge Street. 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Belfast clinic is on the third floor of Arnott House, situated at 12-16 Bridge Street in the heart of Cathedral Quarter. We are in between Mikey’s Deli and Iceland.

It’s conveniently located with bus stops on adjacent roads and Great Victoria train station a 15-minute walk away.  

Once you’ve arrived at the building entrance, look for the panel of buttons on the left of the main door, and press the third floor button to gain access. Please report to reception which is staffed from 8:30am to 5:30pm and let them know you have arrived for your appointment with Ascenti.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

There is no parking at Arnott House. The nearest pay and display parking is in Castle Street car park and the High Street car park, both a couple of minutes away.

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to take you to our treatment room on the third floor. Disabled parking is available on Bridge Street.
