What to do on arrival
Please report to the small reception area in the centre; please be clear that you are there for your appointment with Ascenti and the receptionist will show you where to wait until your therapist is ready for you. Please note: The reception is only staffed between 10.30am – 6pm. If your appointment is before or after these times you will need to wait outside the clinic for your therapist to let you in. The clinic is a quiet area and all mobile phones must be switched to silent. Any calls must be taken outside the building. Unfortunately our waiting are is very small and therefore we kindly ask that you do not bring any friends or family into the clinic. If you are unable to attend the clinic unaccompanied then please call us and we will find you an appointment at a more suitable clinic.
