Our physiotherapy clinic in Croydon is based in the Lansdowne Building on Lansdowne Road, which is a Regus office block. 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic 

The Lansdowne Building at 2 Lansdowne Road is next door to the Premier Inn and opposite The Lansdowne Hotel.

Our Croydon clinic is conveniently located with bus and tram links nearby, and East Croydon railway station only a few hundred metres away. We are also within a mile of West Croydon railway station.

Once you’ve arrived at the building entrance and passed through security, please report to reception to collect a visitor's badge.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info 

There is very limited pay and display on-street parking near the clinic. The nearest alternative pay and display car park is on Wellesley Road (CR0 1UP) which is approximately 0.8 miles away.

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to the treatment room which is on the first floor. There is no disabled parking at the clinic but there are the pay and display options outlined above.
