Our physiotherapy clinic in Dalgety Bay is based at the Business Centre, Ridge Way.

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Dalgety Bay clinic is situated on the first floor of the Business Centre; For the Clinic entrance you need to turn onto Cochrane Way and the clinic is on the right-hand side. The business park is located just past an Asda Superstore. The nearest bus stop is located directly across from the Asda superstore and is only a 2 minute walk to the Business centre.

Please walk through the main doors and take a seat in the waiting room, which is located right at the front door, your therapist will collect you from there at your allocated time.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking 

There is Free parking to the front, side and rear of the business park with disabled parking located directly out the front of the building.

Disabled access 

Unfortunately our clinic does not currently have wheelchair or disabled access.
