Finding our clinic

Our assessment centre is based in Laindon Library at 5-7 New Century Road, just off Bedford roundabout. 

It's conveniently located with bus stops close to the library on High Road and Laindon train station a 10-minute walk away.

Once you have arrived, please report to reception and let them know you are there for your assessment with Ascenti. The library does not open until 9am and patients will not be allowed in before this time.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Please remember to bring proof of ID to your appointment. 

Accepted Forms of ID:

•    Passport: A UK or foreign passport

•    Driving Licence: A UK driving licence (full or provisional) with a photograph

•    Biometric Residence Permit (BRP): For non-UK nationals

•    Birth Certificate

•    Marriage/Divorce Certificate or Civil Partnership/Dissolution Certificate

Note: Bus passes are not acceptable for verification

Parking 

Limited parking is available in the library car park or there is on-street parking nearby. 

Disabled access 

There is disabled access into the building and assessment room, and disabled toilets are available at the library. There is one disabled parking bay in the car par
