Our physiotherapy clinic in Hammersmith is located in Assembly London, a business centre on Fulham Palace Road (A219). 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Hammersmith clinic is situated on the ground floor of Jetts Fitness, which is part of the Assembly building at 77 Fulham Palace Road. We are next door to the Guinness Trust building and opposite St Clements Dental Care and Super Choice supermarket.

The clinic is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Hammersmith underground station which is on the Circle, Hammersmith and City, District and Piccadilly lines. Kensington Olympia is 20 minutes away and various buses stop close by on the same road as our clinic.

Once you’ve arrived at the building, go through the Assembly arch and then to the doors on your right so you can be let into the building.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

There is no parking available at the Assembly. Pay by app parking via ParkBee and RingGo is available on Fulham Palace Road set in between the British Transport Police Headquarters building and St Augustine’s Priory Catholic Church, which is a few minutes away. 

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room.
