Finding our clinic
Our clinic is situated at Fresh Futures in the Brian Jackson House, part of the National Children's Centre. Fresh Futures is located directly behind Huddersfield train station, next door to the British Amateur Rugby League Association and opposite New North Road Baptist Church.
Buses stop a two-minute walk from the centre and Huddersfield train station is a six-minute walk away.
Please report to reception on arrival. If you explain that you are visiting for your appointment with Ascenti, the receptionist will direct you from there. If you are entering the building from the back car park, please press the buzzer once and wait one minute before buzzing again and you will be let into the building as soon as possible.
If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.
Parking
There is no parking available at the centre. However, there is on-street parking available on New North Parade and there are also local pay-to-park facilities close to the centre. Please Note: There is now a 10-minute grace period for parking at the front of the Brian Jackson House for drop off/pick up. If you do need to park on the cobbled area, please park to the right but leave enough room for walkway/wheelchair access. Just be aware it is only for 10 minutes and if you go over the grace period you will have a parking fine, which we are unable to waver.
Disabled access
There is no disabled parking available (please see note is parking above). There is on street parking or local pay to park facilities. There is disabled access into the building and a lift to take you to the treatment room on the first floor.
