How to find us
The clinic is located along the A229 City Way and the corner of Pattens Lane next to Karsons Pharmacy.
Parking
Free parking is available at the clinic but You Must enter your car registration into one of the two available tablets located at reception to avoid a parking fine (please speak to reception if you have any questions regarding this) and also tell the therapist your registration number at the start of your appointment.
Other transport options
Buses stop a two minute walk from the practice on City Way and Chatham train station is a fifteen minute walk away.
Disabled access
There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room. Disabled parking is available at the clinic but You Must notify reception of your car registration details and bring along your blue badge to avoid a parking fine (please speak to reception if you have any questions regarding this). and also tell the therapist your registration number at the start of your appointment.
What to do on arrival
Please report to reception on arrival. If you explain that you are visiting for your appointment with Ascenti, the receptionist will direct you to our treatment room.
