Our physiotherapy clinic in Motherwell is based in the Maxim 1 Regus building on 2 Parklands Way. 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Motherwell clinic is situated on the first floor of Maxim 1 at 2 Parklands Way, just off Parklands Avenue. The building is marked with a large red '1' and you'll see Regus listed on the red sign outside. 

It's conveniently located with bus stops just outside the building. The nearest train station is Holytown which is about an hour away. 

Once you’ve arrived, please report to reception on the first floor and let them know that you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti. 

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

Parking is available directly in front of the rear entrance to Maxim 1. The visitor parking bays are clearly marked in yellow, please use these bays only as parking tickets will be issued if you park anywhere else.

If the visitor parking bays are full, the next available spaces are those marked 'Retail Parking' in the car park behind Maxim 3, opposite the coffee shop. 

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to take you to our treatment room on the first floor. Disabled parking is available in the Regus car park.
