Our physiotherapy clinic in Nottingham is based in Stapleford Care Centre on Church Street.
We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic
Our Nottingham clinic is situated on the first floor of Stapleford Care Centre at 4-6 Church Street, opposite Nottingham College and Stapleford Library.
It’s conveniently located with bus stops on Church Street opposite and up the road from the care centre. Toton Lane tram stop is around 25 minutes away.
Once you've arrived, please report to the ground floor reception and let them know you are visiting for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti, so they can show you to our treatment room. If the reception is unmanned, please make your way upstairs to the first floor and wait in the clinic waiting area until your physiotherapist calls you for your appointment.
If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.
Parking and other info
Free parking is available in the underground car park in Albert Street.
There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room on the first floor. Disabled parking is available in the car park between the care centre and Boots on Church Street.
