Our physiotherapy clinic in Portsmouth is based in the Lakeside North Harbour 1000 Building on Western Road, a shared Regus office block.
We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic
Our Portsmouth clinic is on the ground floor of the Lakeside North Harbour 1000 Building, situated just off Western Road (A27), close to junction 12 of the M27.
It’s conveniently located with Cosham train station a twenty-minute walk away, and bus stops nearby. Please check with First Bus Hampshire for more info.
Please go to the main reception of Building 1000 and let them know that you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti. They will provide you with a pass for the Regus building, which is located to the left of the main entrance. Use your pass to go through the barriers and head through the door straight opposite to find the Regus reception waiting area. Take a seat until your physiotherapist calls you for your appointment.
If your appointment is before 8.30am or after 5.30pm, the Regus reception will be closed and the door will be locked. Please wait outside the doors and your physiotherapist or another member of staff will let you through.
If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.
Parking and other info
Free parking is available at the Regus building. Please enter your car registration number at reception when your report for your appointment.
There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room which is on the ground floor. Disabled parking is available near the building entrance.
