Finding our clinic

By Car -Chorley Health Centre is located in the centre of the town in a built-up area. Chorley can be accessed easily from the M6 in the west and the M61 in the east.

By Bus – Buses stop near the clinic on Devonshire Road a minutes’ walk from the centre

By Train - Chorley train station is a ten-minute walk from the centre.

Once you have arrived at the building, please report to reception on the ground floor and let them know you are there for your assessment with Ascenti. 

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking 

Visitor parking is available in health centre car park. Alternatively, on-street parking is available on Collison Avenue (please check for any parking regulations before you park).

Disabled access 

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room. Disabled parking is available very close to the entrance in the health centre car park.
