Finding our clinic

By Car -From A6 heading towards Lyons Lane, leave the roundabout at the 2nd exit onto Lyons Lane South. In 180 yards, leave the roundabout at the 3rd exit onto Bolton Street, then continue onto Market Street. In 150 yards, turn left onto Gillibrand Street and you will find the surgery located to your right

By Bus – Buses stop on Market Street a minutes’ walk from the surgery.

By Train - Chorley train station is a ten-minute walk from the surgery.

Once you have arrived at the building, please report to reception and let them know you are there for your assessment with Ascenti. 

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking 

Visitor parking is available in surgery car park behind the building via Lemon Street next to the building.  Alternatively, parking is available in the Lemon Street pay and display car park which is free for the first hour (please check for any parking regulations before you park).

Disabled access 

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room. There are no designated disabled parking bays in the surgery car park.  Disabled parking is available in the Lemon Street pay and display car park which is free for the first hour (please check for any parking regulations before you park).
