Our physiotherapy clinic in Chorley is based in Library House Surgery on Avondale Road.

Finding our clinic
Our Chorley clinic is situated on the ground floor of Library House Surgery on Avondale Road, on the corner of Library Street.
It's conveniently located with bus stops on Hamilton Road a couple of minutes away, and Chorley railway station a ten-minute walk away.
Once you’ve arrived at the main entrance of the surgery, please let reception know you are visiting for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti, so they can direct you to our treatment room.
If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.
Parking and other info
There is a surgery car park and two pay and display car carks nearby. Street parking is also available.
Access to the building and our clinic is both on the ground floor. There are two disabled parking bays at the clinic, and plenty at the public car parks.
