Finding our clinic

Our clinic is situated on the 3rd floor of Maitland House in Warrior Square which is located next to the NatWest Bank and below the Travel Lodge.  If using SAT NAV Please enter "Maitland House Warrior Square" instead of the postcode as this will direct you to the correct location.  You can find Southend on Sea clinic on Google Maps here, or alternatively you can find us using our What3Words link here.

Buses stop on Chichester Road a minutes’ walk from Maitland House and Southend Central train station is a five-minute walk away.

Please report to reception on the 3rd floor and let them know that you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking 

There is no parking at Maitland House.  The nearest pay and display parking is available in the Warrior Square car park opposite the Travel Lodge (across from Chichester Road).

Disabled access 

There is disabled access into the building and a lift to our treatment room on the 3rd floor.  Disabled parking is available outside Maitland House.
