Our physiotherapy clinic in Southgate is based in The Grange, a shared Regus office block on the High Street (A1004).
We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic
Our Southgate clinic is on the fifth floor of The Grange at 100 High Street. The building is next door to Alan Pullinger Youth Centre and opposite Richer Sounds and the Home of Continental Foods.
It’s conveniently located with Southgate underground station just a three-minute walk away, and buses stop close by on the High Street.
Once you’ve arrived, please report to reception and let them know you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti, so they can tell your physiotherapist that you have arrived.
If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.
Parking and other info
The nearest pay and display parking is in the Minchenden car park on Leigh Hunt Drive (N14 6DA) which is a two-minute walk from our clinic.
There is no parking at The Grange. Please don't use the parking spaces as these are for staff only, and parking fines will be issued to non-staff. The Premier Inn car park is also for hotel customers only, please don't park there as parking tickets will be issued.
Unfortunately there is no disabled access into the building or our treatment room. If you have access needs, please get in touch with our contact centre to discuss alternative clinics.
