Our physiotherapy clinic in Sunderland is based in Sunderland Enterprise Park on Colima Avenue.
We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Finding our clinic
Our Sunderland clinic is situated in Unit 3D in Sunderland Enterprise Park just off Colima Avenue. Once on Colima Avenue, turn off at the sign for 2 & 3 Colima Avenue, opposite the sign for The Industry Centre. You should see Ascenti / PIP Assessment Centre labelled for Unit 3D. Turn right at the mini-roundabout then follow the road to left until you see the large sign for PIP Assessment Centre, with our Ascenti sign just below.
There are bus stops close by to our clinic on Colima Avenue. The nearest train station is Sunderland which is over an hour away on foot.
Once you’ve arrived, please let reception know that you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti.
If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.
Parking and other info
Free off-street parking is available in the business centre car park.
There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room, and disabled parking is available in the car park.
