Our physiotherapy clinic in Uxbridge is based in the Charter Building on Charter Place.

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Uxbridge clinic is on the ground floor of the Charter Building in Charter Place, just off of Vine Street and Cross Street/Hilllingdon Road (A2040), close to the shopping centre.

It’s conveniently located with Uxbridge underground station a minute's walk away and bus stops nearby. 

Once you’ve arrived, please let reception know you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

No parking is available at the clinic, but you can park in The Chimes shopping centre car park which is about a five-minute walk away. View their car parking tariffs here. 

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room on the ground floor, and disabled parking is available outside.
