Our physiotherapy clinic in Warrington is based in Cinnamon Park on Crab Lane, a shared Regus office building. 

We offer a range of physiotherapy services including injury rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, post-op care, pelvic health and pregnancy physio, home-working health checks, and online appointments. Our expert physios can support you with common conditions including back and neck pain, recovery from injury, preventative techniques, and the management of long-term conditions.

Finding our clinic

Our Warrington clinic is located in the Regus building in Cinnamon Park on Crab Lane. Once you turn off Crab Lane into the business park, the Regus building is the first block on the right. The business park isn't far from the University of Chester Warrington Campus. 

It’s conveniently located with bus stops nearby on Crab Lane, and Birchwood and Padgate train stations both a 25-minute walk away.

Once you've arrived at the Regus building, please report to reception and let them know that you are there for your physiotherapy appointment with Ascenti.

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about five minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking and other info

There is limited visitor parking at the rear of the building. Please only park in bays designated for Regus visitors and give your car registration to reception on arrival, as clamping and parking fines are in place around the building. 

There is disabled access into the building and our treatment room. Disabled parking spaces are located in the main car park at the front of the building, please provide reception with your car registration as above.
