You will be asked a number of screening questions on arrival by the reception team which will include having your temperature taken.

Finding our clinic

Capital Tower is located opposite the lower Waterloo station entrance leading onto Waterloo Road and on the corner of Sandell Street. Waterloo Station is on the Bakerloo, Jubilee, Waterloo& City and Northern Underground Lines and also on many overland lines serving South East London, Kent and East Sussex.

By Road - Sat nav: SE1 8RT – Capital Tower is on the entry of Sandell Street with the Wellington Pub at the corner. There is no parking available at this centre

By Tube - Via Jubilee line follow the “Way out” signs which will lead you to the lower station exit on to Waterloo Road; Via Bakerloo, Northern and Waterloo & City Lines please follow signs to the main train station, opposite platform 5, follow signs for Exit 2 (follow signs to McDonalds); use the escalators and exit the station; opposite the station entrance you can see a glass office building called Capital Tower. Cross the road and enter the main entrance of the building on the corner.

By Rail - Train to Waterloo station: from the main platform area, opposite platform 5, follow signs for Exit 2 (follow signs towards McDonalds); use the escalators and exit the station; opposite the station entrance you can see a big office building called Capital Tower. Cross the road and enter the main entrance of the building.

By Bus - Buses depart from several points around the station closest ones are 1, 26, 59, 68, 76, 77, 139, 168, 171, 172, 176, 188, 211, 243, 341, 281, 507, 521, 507, 521).

Once you’ve arrived, please go to the 3^rd floor reception and let them know you are there for your appointment with Ascenti. 

If you’ve not visited us before, we recommend arriving about 15 minutes before your appointment start time in case you have any issues finding us.

Parking 

There is no parking available at Capital Tower. The nearest payment/app parking is South Bank London | APCOA, 62 Cornwall Road, London SE1 9UP, a 5-minute walk from Capital Tower.

In Borough of Lambeth, Blue Badge Holders can park on a single yellow line, as long as a parking clock is displayed. The nearest disabled parking is in South Bank London | APCOA, 62 Cornwall Road, London SE1 9UP, a 5-minute walk from Capital Tower, where payment will be required.

Disabled access 

There is no disabled or wheelchair access into the building or our treatment room.
