The Ascenti Graduate Scheme will provide qualified or qualifying physiotherapists with some of the best MSK clinical training and development beyond university.
Ascenti’s highly experienced clinical leaders, who are senior physiotherapists and experts in their field, have designed a unique opportunity for graduates who are looking to kick start their career in MSK physiotherapy.
Head of Clinical Excellence, Alison Day, said: “Having worked as a University Lecturer myself for nearly 5 years I understand the unique needs of graduating physiotherapy students at the start of their career. Moving from a learning setting to clinic is an exciting but often daunting transitional step for qualifying physios, and there are many avenues of development that you can choose to go down.

The Ascenti Physio Grad Scheme includes a comprehensive welcome week training programme, 150+ hours of protected CPD time in the first year, a specialist graduate mentoring and support network, access to progressive remote learning resources and more.
The Ascenti Physio Grad Scheme officially starts in October and April every year, but applicants can apply in advance or join before if they are eligible.
