Ascenti wins big at the UK Digital Experience Awards

Ascenti picked up two awards at the UK Digital Experience Awards, having been shortlisted for both the Best App and Digital Change & Transformation awards.

We came ahead of companies including ASDA, Shell, Bristow & Sutor and Publicis Sapient & Centrica.

The UK Digital Experience Awards recognise organisations that are delivering exceptional customer experience through the use of digital technology. 

Ascenti was recognised in the ‘Best App’ category for our patient app which offers physiotherapy services at the touch of a button, with guided exercise videos, bespoke rehabilitation programmes, real-time feedback and progress monitoring and more.

The ‘Digital Change & Transformation’ award reflects the expansion of our patient-facing digital suite and development of our internal digital culture, including investment in internal communications software, a sophisticated intranet, and a bespoke online shop for clinicians. 

The judges were particularly impressed by the way Ascenti adapted our services to respond to the coronavirus crisis and continued delivering treatment remotely. The winners were announced on Thursday 16 July during a virtual ceremony, following a day of online presentations over video call.
