About the role

We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead the transformation and future development of our next-generation patient management platform. This is a full-time, permanent role at the heart of our digital health strategy, focused on delivering seamless, scalable, and user-friendly experiences across our clinical and administrative systems.

You’ll own the platform roadmap and champion both the technology and the processes that underpin exceptional patient journeys. Working closely with our Digital Team and key stakeholders across Ascenti Physio and the wider business, you’ll shape how the platform evolves to support care delivery, operational excellence, and commercial performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven experience in digital product ownership who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll have the autonomy to drive change and the support of a forward-thinking leadership team, with the chance to make a real difference to the lives of patients and clinicians.

What you’ll be doing

As a Product Owner, you’ll:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and continuous development of our patient management platform
  • Own the product and process roadmap, balancing user needs with business goals
  • Work closely with digital engineering teams to shape, prioritise, and refine user stories
  • Define, standardise, and embed key workflows that enhance patient and clinician experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and commercial teams
  • Monitor performance metrics and use data insights to optimise the platform
  • Champion compliance, governance, and digital best practices in everything you deliver
  • Act as the central contact point for product direction, development, and communication
  • Keep up to date with market trends and regulatory requirements in digital health
  • Support agile ways of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement
