Since the pandemic we have experienced incredible growth at Ascenti, fuelled by a 25% increase in the size of our workforce (with now over 800 staff across the UK), the acquisitions of Six Physio and My Online Therapy, and significant investment in new services and products, including the Ascenti Reach app.
Demand for our market-leading physiotherapy services has never been higher, most notably within the PMI (private medical insurance) sector, and we’ve secured new contracts with the likes of Bupa and Simplyhealth.
To ensure we can continue to meet the surging demand for our physiotherapy services, we need to boost our capacity and grow our clinical and support teams, which is why we’ve launched this recruitment drive. We are particularly looking for physiotherapists with more than 2 years of post-graduate experience to accommodate the increase in PMI referrals, with a substantial proportion of senior roles available in London and the surrounding areas.
It’s an exciting time to join us as we remain a trusted partner to the NHS and over 250 insurers and legal firms, and have expanded into new markets including PMI and occupational health, which means our physios benefit from having a really diverse patient caseload.
