The Government has announced a second national lockdown, alongside specific guidance that this time routine healthcare remains unaffected and patients are able to travel to medical appointments.
This means that our face-to-face physiotherapy clinics safely remain open and we are still welcoming patients for in-clinic treatment.
The future of healthcare may look different, but quality and safety has always been a fundamental part of physiotherapy with Ascenti, and that will never change.
Since reopening our clinics, we have been operating with enhanced safety measures including screening, special training for our physios and the provision of PPE. This means that you can feel confident when you send patients to see us or step into one of our clinics for treatment.
It is important to us that our customers are able to continue with their rehabilitation and treatment programmes despite what is going on in the world around us, so we also have our award-winning patient app and online physiotherapy service on hand should it be needed.
Our decision to keep clinics open is based on guidance from the government and local authorities, as well as regulatory advice for healthcare providers. Please be assured that we are continuing to monitor this information and the situation daily, and will adapt our response and operations inline with official guidance and as is needed.
